Fibrocystic mastopathy
Fibrocystic mastopathy is a benign condition of the glandular tissue of the breast.
According to various data, it is detected in 30-60% of women, most often at the age of 30-60 years.
Risk factors:
- early or late onset of menstruation (before 12 or later than 14 years)
- hereditary predisposition
- absence of childbirth and breast-feeding
- constant stress
- bad habits, etc.
