Relevance: Malignant skin tumors (skin cancer + skin melanoma) in 2015 in the Russian Federation took the 1st place among the adult population (both sexes). The incidence of skin cancer among the adult population in the world and in Russia is steadily increasing. Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant skin tumor and accounts for 80% of them.
