Operative endoscopy of the stomach and small intestine (18 hours)

Relevance: Surgical endoscopy of the stomach and small intestine has recently made great progress. Of course, endoscopic methods of hemostasis for bleeding of varicose and non-varicose origin, as well as technologies for stenting the upper parts of the digestive tract, have also been developed. There is a new look at the treatment of epithelial and submucosal neoplasms of the stomach, as well as perforations of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

As part of the course, we:

  1. let's analyze the principles of modern diagnosis and treatment of podlsizistyh neoplasms of the stomach and small intestine; 
  2. we will study the indications, contraindications and technical aspects of endoscopic hemostasis; 
  3. we will study in detail the methods and techniques for removing epithelial formations of the stomach; 
  4. we will determine the role and significance of various methods of treatment of perforations in the failure of anastomoses of the upper digestive tract, the features of vacuum therapy;
  5. we will study the features of stenting of the upper parts of the digestive tract;
  6. we will study the technique and features of enteroscopy.
