The purpose of the cycle is: improvement of theoretical training and practical skills of doctors of medical and preventive institutions on the basics of radiobiological action of ionizing radiation, its hygienic regulation, dosimetry and ensuring radiation safety to the extent necessary for the correct appointment of X-ray diagnostic procedures using modern technical means, conducting industrial control over compliance with the requirements of radiation safety of personnel and patients.  

 
This additional professional program is aimed at improving the skills of doctors of various profiles on radiation safety and radiation protection when prescribing and conducting X-ray diagnostic procedures in medical institutions using modern digital and film X-ray diagnostic equipment.
