Modern principles of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease (18 hours)

Relevance: Mortality from coronary heart disease in the structure of mortality from diseases of the cardiovascular system is 65% and ranks first in the world. The main causes of death in patients with coronary heart disease are myocardial infarction and sudden coronary death. The proportion of deaths from myocardial infarction is 3%, among the working-age population-8%. Timely diagnosis of coronary heart disease ensures its successful treatment and reduction of mortality from its complications.

Within the framework of the doctors program:

1. they will receive data on modern approaches to the treatment of coronary heart disease,
2. they will be able to determine the functional class of severity of stable angina pectoris.,
3. adjust risk factors,
4. prescribe medications for the treatment of patients with angina,
5. differentiated prescribing of antianginal drugs,
6. stop the symptoms of angina pectoris,
7. prescribe nitrates, avoiding tolerance,
8. diagnose unstable angina syndrome and acute myocardial infarction,
9. interpret laboratory parameters and electrocardiograms of patients with acute myocardial infarction,
10. treat cardiogenic shock, acute left ventricular failure, angina attack with myocardial infarction.
