The scientific and practical conference "Epigenetics, Genomics and the Future of personalized Medicine" is devoted to the integration of advanced molecular genetic technologies into clinical practice and the development of personalized approaches in the treatment of socially significant diseases.

The program focuses on the use of genomic and epigenomic techniques in oncology and hematology. Modern classifications of tumors (gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, NSCLC) based on their molecular genetic profiles, the possibility of diagnosing hereditary cancer syndromes (Lynch syndrome), as well as the role of genetic testing in choosing treatment tactics (targeted therapy, immunotherapy) and risk prediction will be considered. A separate block of reports is devoted to high-tech diagnostic methods: genome-wide profiling, fluorescent biopsy of signal lymph nodes and chromosomal analysis.

In addition, the conference highlights related areas, including epidemiological surveillance of hospital infections, current trends in abdominal surgery (pancreatic surgery) and diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection.
