In the south of Moscow, in the Chertanovo Central district, the flagship center for public services "My Documents"has started working.
The third flagship in the city is located on the third floor of the Columbus shopping and entertainment center on Kirovogradskaya Street and is designed to serve residents of the Southern District. In addition, it will serve as a district center of public services for residents of Chertanov Tsentralny.
Earlier, flagship centers appeared in the Central Administrative District (Afimall City Shopping Center in Moscow City) and the Southern Administrative District (Spektr Shopping Center on Novoyasenevsky Prospekt).
"The MFC has revolutionized the provision of public services in Moscow. It became a sincere friendly service instead of bureaucratic bureaucratic procedures. Nevertheless, the MFC continues to grow and develop further, " Sergei Sobyanin said during a tour of the new flagship office of My Documents.
The centers of public services, according to him, should be located in the most convenient places for citizens.
"Here Chertanovo Central is such an example, when "My Documents" was located in an inconvenient building, moved it here, a beautiful office, combined it with the flagship office. So, I hope that it will be a pleasant gift for the residents of Chertanovo Tsentralnoye and not only for them, " the Mayor of Moscow said.
The area of the new center is 2.5 thousand square meters. Its staff includes 123 employees, including 67 specialists of the multifunctional center, 15 employees of the migration department, 30 employees of the traffic police and 11 employees of the employment center. 66 reception windows are open for customer service. Opening hours, as in other flagships, are daily from 10: 00 to 22: 00 without breaks and weekends.
"This My Documents office has a dual function. On the one hand, it is the third flagship center of public services, which is located in the Southern District. On the other hand, this is the district center of public services — it will serve the residents of the Chertanovo Tsentralnoye district. Nine years ago, we started working on the creation of public service centers and set ourselves the task, of course, to provide people with the opportunity to receive services quickly, efficiently, without delay. We have developed the Moscow standard, and in nine years it has become well known to Muscovites. I think the townspeople know him and love him. To date, we have set ourselves other tasks. We want our "My Documents" centers not just to provide services, but to become centers of attraction for all residents of the district, for Muscovites, " said Anastasia Rakova.
This year, according to her, two more flagship centers of public services will be launched in Moscow.
"And we are starting a program of major repairs of existing centers, because the infrastructure has become a little outdated in nine years, and we will repair or find new, more convenient buildings for moving existing public service centers," the deputy mayor added.
The premises of the flagship office "My Documents" in the Chertanovo Central district are decorated in the same corporate style of public services centers. The barrier-free environment provides accessibility and comfort for people with limited mobility.
For the convenience of visitors, the center has:
- infomats with ads, samples of filling out documents, forms, information about services;
- conference hall for lectures, workshops and meetings with residents;
- spacious children's corner and book exchange area (bookcrossing);
- chairs in the waiting area and cozy mini-booths where you can charge your mobile devices;
- modern service quality assessment panels;
- POS-terminals for non-cash payment of state duties in the reception windows, as well as ATMs and payment terminals.
The flagship center will provide a standard set of more than 270 servicesavailable in all the capital's "My Documents" public service centers.
In the flagship office, customers will be able to use additional services.
For example, you can register a vehicle here. The transport inspection will take place at a specially equipped parking area of the shopping and entertainment center. Given that there are six car dealerships located next to it, and within two and a half kilometers there are 11 more points of sale of vehicles, it is likely that this service will be in demand.
"Here, in the central office, the central flagship center, in addition to the 270 services that you provide, there are additional services related to the issuance of driver's licenses, registration of cars. And we try to combine additional services, for example, such as routine inspection. In fact, this is a polyclinic in the MFC, so I hope that all these innovations will also be liked, " said Sergei Sobyanin.
Also, in the new office, legal entities will be issued with the provision of land plots that are in federal ownership, without bidding. Today, this service is provided in all public service centers, but only for individuals.
Small business representatives will also be helped here. The flagship offers such services as state cadastral registration and (or) state registration of law, state registration of legal entities and individuals as individual entrepreneurs and peasant (farm) farms, and 18 other services.
At the opening ceremony, Anastasia Rakova announced the launch of two more new services, such as:
- registration and issuance of a foreign passport with a five-year validity period for children under the age of 14 within a day from the date of submission of documents at the flagship office of the Southern Administrative District (for clients with registration in Moscow);
- obtaining a national or international driver's license on the day of application in all flagship offices (for clients with temporary and permanent registration in the capital). To receive the service, you must first register via mos.ru. The set of documents required for registration will remain the same.
"Today, in this center, it will be possible to re-register Russian and international rights in one hour, directly registering on the portal mos.ru preliminary. Moreover, children under 14 years of age will be able to get a foreign passport here in a day by appointment. We will continue to develop a new service, services that are convenient for Muscovites, " said Anastasia Rakova.
The office will also regularly host various events — exhibitions, master classes, trainings and seminars, computer literacy courses, master classes for young Muscovites.
Employees of the center will be able to provide information about the programs "Moscow Longevity", "Healthy Moscow", as well as talk about other opportunities for an active and healthy life in the area.
The flagship of the Southern Administrative District became the 21st center of public services, where the exhibition "Moscow — with care for history"was opened . As part of the project, citizens are transferring family heirlooms from the Great Patriotic War to the Glavarchiv of Moscow for permanent storage, some of which are displayed for public inspection.
It is expected that the flagship center "My Documents" on Kirovogradskaya Street will be visited by about one thousand people a day.
