Dear patients!We are pleased to inform you that patients from the Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod regions can now get specialist consultations and inpatient treatment at the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov without referral (form 057/u-04) from the polyclinic at the place of attachment.

Medical care is provided in all areas of the Center under the compulsory medical insurance policy until December 31, 2022.

For the initial consultation it is necessary to provide:

passport;

• SNILS;
• MHI policy (region code 50 for the Moscow region and 52 for the Nizhny Novgorod region).
