MCSC winner of the contest "Technologies of personnel sovereignty - 2023

News

On December 20, the results of the contest "Technologies of personnel sovereignty - 2023" were announced. It was conducted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and consisted of a 3-stage selection. In total, 38 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the competition in 13 nominations.

MCSC named after A.S. Loginov won in the nomination "Mentoring practices", practice "Model of academic mentoring".

  • It is aimed at creating continuity and popularization of research activities among students of medical specialties through mentoring by their scientific supervisors.

With the help of the model, tasks such as:

  • Involvement of medical students and clinical residents in scientific work.
  • Increasing the interest of the teaching staff in interacting with students outside the established framework of the program.
  • Providing communication between the resident and the supervisor, the student and the resident.
  • Increasing the number of students and clinical residents engaged in research activities.
  • Growth in the number of publications. 

On the basis of MCSC there is a Club of Young Scientists (CMU), which unites residents, graduate students, degree seekers, researchers, employees and teachers of the Center under the age of 35.

  • The main goal of CMU is the effective use of the educational, scientific, technical and innovative potential of young scientists for the development of youth science, as well as improving the level of qualification of young scientists in the field of research.

Club members:

  • they give lectures at charity forums;
  • they take part in Olympiads and competitions all over the country;
  • supervised by the Student Scientific Society (SSS);
  • they hold fairs of youth scientific communities and much more.
