We are pleased to announce that now to schedule an appointment at the Consultative and Diagnostic Departments of MCSC n.a. Loginov and MCSC na Pavlova, you simply need to call:
An operator will confirm the details and schedule your appointment. If the doctor's schedule is full, your request will be accepted and scheduled as soon as availability opens up. You will receive a call back with the date and time of your doctor's visit.
At the Unified contact center (UCC), you can:
- schedule appointments with specialists at the Consultative and Diagnostic Departments;
- inquire about paid services;
- receive information on relevant matters;
- check on the health status of a close relative undergoing treatment in the hospital.
NB! Please note that scheduling through the registration desk of our Center is no longer available.
Unified Contact Center operating hours are:
- from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays
- from 9:00 to 16:00 on weekends
