Clinical trial for patients with Ankylosing spondylitis: a set has been opened

Dear patients!

At the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov, on the basis of the Rheumatology department, until April 22, 2026, patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis (Ankylosing spondylitis) are being recruited to participate in a clinical trial of the drug Seniprutug (Tribuvia).

Please note: placebo is not provided in the study.

Inclusion criteria:

• the presence of a positive HLA-B27 gene;
• the level of C-reactive protein (CRP) ≥ 7.5 mg/l;
• ineffectiveness of at least one drug from the IL-17 inhibitor group (for example, Cosentix or Efleira).

Criteria for non-inclusion:

• total ankylosis of the spine, confirmed by the presence of syndesmophytes in more than 3 consecutive vertebral segments
