MCSC specialists at the anniversary Congress of oncopathologists
NewsSpecialists of the cytological laboratory MCSC named after A.S. Loginov Maria Vadimovna Putova and Yana Yurievna Voropaeva took part in the Jubilee X Annual Congress of the Russian Society of Oncopathologists with international participation. Maria Vadimovna Putova chaired the section on cytopathology and moderated the reports of the international program
The section featured presentations by leading foreign experts from the USA, France, Great Britain and Colombia on the cytopathology of the thyroid and mammary glands, the study of serous fluids, as well as complex aspects of the diagnosis of squamous cell lesions of the cervix.
Each presentation was accompanied by a professional discussion with the participation of specialists
- The Congress has become a multidisciplinary platform bringing together specialists involved in the diagnosis of oncological diseases: pathologists, cytologists, geneticists, biologists, as well as oncologists, surgeons, chemotherapists and radiologists.
- The program addressed topical issues of diagnosis and targeted therapy of tumors, including breast cancer, oncogynecology, melanoma, biomarkers and other areas of oncopathology.
The participation of MCSC specialists in events of this level contributes to the development of professional competencies and the introduction of modern international practices in clinical work.
