Rules of hospitalization
Important information: routine consultations and hospitalization during the epidemic
The reception department is located in the 3rd building on the 1st floor
Hospitalization of planned patients who are admitted for inpatient treatment is carried out from 8-00 to 17-00.
Hospitalization in the hospital for compulsory medical insurance it is carried out in the presence of:
- referrals for hospitalization,
- issued medical card of an outpatient patient,
- passports,
- medical insurance policy,
- SNILS,
- the results of the conducted examinations at the pre-hospital stage.
Hospital admission on a contractual basis it is carried out in the presence of:
- passports,
- contracts for the provision of paid services for hospitalization for the entire period of inpatient treatment.
List of examinations required for hospitalization:

general blood test (valid for 2 weeks).

general urinalysis (valid for 2 weeks).

biochemical blood test (valid for 2 weeks).

blood test for the Wasserman reaction, HIV and hepatitis B and C (valid for 1 month).

ECG results (valid for 1 month).
-
results of fluorography (valid for 1 year).
-
a certificate of vaccination or a previous measles disease.
When hospitalized in the MCSC named after A. S. Loginov in the emergency department, all incoming patients are issued a medical history, body temperature is measured, an ECG is performed, in the absence of FLG data, patients are examined by specialist doctors, according to indications, sanitary treatment is carried out.
If there is a referral for hospitalization and the results of all necessary examinations for hospitalization in the pulmonology, endocrinology, and therapeutic (with cardiology beds) departments, an appointment for hospitalization is possible in the hospitalization department of the emergency department on weekdays from 9-00 to 13-00
All documents of patients referred for inpatient treatment are stored in the department of hospitalization, which is located in Building 3, Office 9. The office is open from 9-00 to 16-00.
If there are no tests necessary for hospitalization during the consultation, they must be taken to the hospitalization department of the emergency department ( Building 3, Office 10 ) daily from 10-00 to 15-00.
For your convenience, the results of the examinations required for a call for hospitalization can be delivered on Saturday to the emergency department (office 2) from 10-00 to 15-00.
The call for hospitalization is carried out by the staff of the department of hospitalization from 12-00 to 16-00.
When you call for hospitalization, you will be informed of the date on which the hospitalization is scheduled, the time at which you must come to the emergency department and the list of documents required for hospitalization.
If the patient refuses to be called for hospitalization more than three times without a valid reason, we will have to remove you from the waiting list for hospitalization.
Due to the large number of patients coming to hospital treatment (120-180 people per day), to prevent a long wait in the emergency department, we ask you to adhere to the time set when calling for hospitalization.
