The Capital of Health hotline helps nonresident patients get information about medical care in Moscow hospitals free of charge under the CHI policy.

When contacting the hotline, you will be assigned a personal curator who will help you:

  • choose a hospital in Moscow in accordance with your disease;

  • decide on the terms of hospitalization;

The curator will tell you what documents and tests are needed for planned hospitalization;

The decision on the possibility and timing of providing planned hospitalization in Moscow clinics for nonresident citizens insured in the mandatory health insurance system is made by medical organizations, taking into account the available indications, the capabilities of the medical organization and the waiting lists formed for the corresponding profile.
