Patient A.

Last week I accompanied my grandmother to the hospital. At first she cried and was afraid that the phone would run out, that she would be ignored and go crazy from the closed room. With great respect to the staff of the reception department of the branch on Pavlova Street, all her fears dissipated in about five minutes. You are all businesslike, respectful and very helpful to everyone - not just the elderly. I was also initially mistaken for a patient and offered a cooler with water on a hot day, shown where the restroom was and asked to put a mask on my nose. It is difficult to resist such an attitude, even though I am an opponent of masks (grandmother, too, but dressed). I would like to thank the HR management team and all those who participate in the training of staff to communicate with patients. I hope that Grandma will be happy and will heal a little from her stomach.
