I would like to express my great gratitude to the hematologist Irakli Guramovich Basiladze, a high-class professional who was able to give a systematic and detailed analysis of my very complex disease, as well as formulate a clear strategy for further treatment in terms that even I, as a layman, can understand. I especially want to note his ability to listen and hear the patient's pain and anxiety, show the necessary empathy and inspire hope for a good prognosis.
