Patient I.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the center for their sensitive and highly professional attitude towards me as a very difficult patient. On November 14, 2022, I was admitted to the planned hospitalization in the department of endocrinology in the direction of a patronage therapist. The doctor of the emergency department, whose last name, first name and patronymic, unfortunately, I did not recognize, after listening to my complaints about cough and other symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections, insisted on a CT scan, which revealed segmental pneumonia in me. The doctor immediately invited pulmonologist Elena Vladimirovna Reisen for consultation, who, after examining me and familiarizing herself with the results of the examination, convinced me to be hospitalized in the pulmonology department, despite my whims (I am an insulin diabetic and, moreover, amputated on one leg almost to the hip). I was transferred from a wheelchair to a CT couch with joint efforts - very carefully and almost professionally, whereas your institution, as far as I understand, is not specialized for patients lying after amputation. Elena Vladimirovna Reisen became my attending physician and from the very first day she began to examine and treat me consistently and comprehensively, not ignoring any of my complaints, requests or questions. If it was not in her specialty, she very quickly connected consultants, in particular, a dermatologist, an endocrinologist, a vascular surgeon. The situation in the ward, the attitude of the staff - nurses, orderlies, nurses, barmaids - attentive, extremely correct and at the same time unobtrusive, contributed a lot to the improvement of mood, and therefore recovery. A complete sense of a clear, well-coordinated work of the team, in which everyone does their job professionally and well-known, seeing in front of them not only patients, but also just people in trouble. Thanks again for your care, attention and understanding. I wish all your employees health, patience and well-being, and prosperity to your center. I really want there to be more institutions like yours, not only in Moscow, but also in the country.
