Since August 2021, with a diagnosis of C90.0 Multiple myeloma, I have been undergoing treatment at the Department of Hematology and Chemotherapy of hemoblastoses at Pavlov, I have been lying 8 times. Thus, my assessment of this medical institution is not a cursory glance from the outside, but has been repeatedly seen and tested on myself.

The department is headed by Natalia V. Kremneva, an amazing person, she is characterized by kindness, cordiality, a sense of compassion for patients, a high level of professionalism, good organizational skills. All medical staff, doctors, nurses, nannies are doing everything possible to help the sick. Their patience is boundless. In case of unpleasant situations, the nurses calm the patient down: "Don't worry, don't worry, we'll clean everything up."

I raise my attending physician, my savior doctor Nemykin Vadim Nikolaevich to the highest pedestal. Of course, it is very important that living conditions are comfortable for patients. Unfortunately, recently, on instructions from above, patients can no longer take free tests at the branch before hospitalization. This can only be done in the polyclinic at the place of residence, which is inconvenient and sometimes problematic, since the date of hospitalization may vary (plus or minus a few days), and a certain statute of limitations is imposed on the tests.
