I thank the telephone operator Bakushkina O.I. for her help in making an appointment for a fibroelastometry study. It's no secret that there is a long queue for recording and you can get through within an hour and a half. I got through in the morning, but by that time there was still no schedule for the office. I was upset, but about an hour and a half later the operator called me back and offered to sign up, which I did. They saved me time, nerves, and most importantly, I was able to make a recording, which is carried out very rarely in the first days of the month. Many thanks for the sensitivity and professionalism shown, and it would be nice if the administration awarded such employees as Bakushkina O.I.
