Despite the efforts of reformers-optimizers, medicine in Russia has not died (having lost, however, one of the fundamental principles-mercy), moreover, in large medical centers (MCSC among them), medical and diagnostic interventions are being implemented at the global level. I was convinced of this by my own experience: during a short period of my stay in the department of VTH, I talked with patients from many regions of Russia to perform the most complex operations that have not yet been performed on the ground. According to reviews, in most cases these are life-saving interventions, as well as radically improving the quality of life. 22.04 I was operated on by the head of the endoscopy department, Doctor of Medicine Kirill V. Shishin and endoscopist surgeon Irina Igorevna Khvorova. They created a miracle: he returned home as a practically healthy person, and before the operation he was treated for about 10 years with a gradual deterioration.
