Patient P.
I would like to thank Dr. Azamat Zaurovich Chachukh, an employee of the Moscow Clinical Research Center. Loginova for high professionalism and extraordinary attention to patients. When you come to an oncologist for the first time with the results of studies in which you cannot understand anything except prepositions, pronouns and punctuation marks; when you are just very scared of your diagnosis; when you realize overnight that life is finite, at this moment not only the doctor as a specialist is very important, but also and a doctor, as a person who understands your condition. Azamat Zaurovich calmly, confidently and clearly explained everything, answered all questions and told us what and how we would do. It is "we". I want to emphasize this. At each of my visits, I saw that the doctor was ready for him: he reviewed the results of the assigned studies, read the conclusions of other specialists. And if something did not suit him, he appointed additional examinations. To my objections that maybe it's not necessary, because I did something a year ago, I got this answer: "I am responsible for you and I don't want any surprises during the operation. So we're going to do this and this." At each reception, I had some questions or other and I received comprehensive answers to all of them.
I would also like to note the high organization of the patient reception itself – everything is clear, according to the record, almost minute by minute. Dear Azamat Zaurovich, Thank you for your professionalism, attention and caring!
