From the very beginning, everything was organized at the highest level. It took just a couple of days to register for a consultation, which is a rarity for Moscow and especially for a doctor of such qualification. At the preoperative consultation, Ilya Vladimirovich conducted a full examination and explained everything clearly, in detail and accessible. There were no unnecessary questions left, the hand of a real professional who was confident in his work was felt. Separately, I would like to note that all treatment, including complex surgical intervention — septoplasty and vasotomy of the lower nasal concha under general anesthesia — was carried out free of charge, under the compulsory medical insurance policy. For me, as a resident of the region, it was especially important, and I received high-quality medical care in Moscow without any problems. I took all the necessary tests, examinations and consultations right at the clinic, I didn't have to go to other clinics and laboratories, everything was quick and organized. The stay in the hospital for a short stay was comfortable. I was in bed for only a day, I was carefully cared for, the food was excellent, after the operation I felt good and received all the necessary treatment. After the operation, the next day the doctor conducted an examination, removed tampons and silicone splints, treated the nasal passages and gave all the recommendations for rehabilitation. After 10 days, I was booked for a postoperative appointment without any problems. Ilya Vladimirovich and Diana carefully removed the stitches, cleaned their nose, and gave further recommendations. Everything went perfectly, painlessly and with care.
