On behalf of our family, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff of the Moscow Clinical Research Center named after A.S. Loginov. Our story began with an appointment with the gastroenterologist Frizer Maria Valentinovna. It was to her that my mother first came to the reception. From the first minutes of communication, it became clear that we have a highly qualified specialist in front of us, sincerely dedicated to his work. It was this technique that became the starting point on the way to timely and correct treatment, instilling confidence that mom is in safe hands. Maria Valentinovna very quickly and professionally understood the difficult clinical situation, carefully studied the long-term medical history, analyzed in detail the results of previous examinations and immediately decided on the need for hospitalization in the department of intestinal pathology, where her mother was treated from 7 to 16 July. I would especially like to note such qualities of Frizer Maria Valentinovna as indifference, a sincere desire to help the patient, the ability to navigate quickly even in the most difficult situations, to make competent and balanced decisions. From the very first days of staying at the center, it became obvious that it was here that patients were sent to provide high-tech specialized medical care.
During the treatment, we were able to make sure that Moscow healthcare really meets the highest modern standards of medical care and rightfully occupies a leading position not only in our country, but also internationally. I would especially like to note the highest level of organization of medical care. All examinations were conducted in a timely, clear and professional manner. Equipping the center with modern high-tech diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, the use of advanced medical technologies, the widest possibilities of instrumental and laboratory diagnostics, impeccable organization of the treatment process and a high level of interaction of specialists make the strongest impression and inspire full confidence in the correctness of medical decisions. But the most important advantage of the center are people.
I would like to address special words of gratitude to Anna V. Kagramanova, head of the Department of Intestinal Pathology. Thanks to professionalism, organizational talent and high demands on the quality of medical care, the department has created a team that combines impeccable organization of the treatment process and a sincere human attitude to each patient. It feels like a real team of like-minded people has been formed here, united by a common goal - to do everything possible for human health. The department of intestinal pathology employs a team of real professionals, for whom the patient is primarily a person in need of help. The high qualification of doctors, their attentiveness, responsibility, ability to explain in detail the results of examinations and treatment tactics arouse sincere respect and trust.
I would also like to say about the attending gastroenterologist Maria Timanovskaya. A very competent specialist. Owns all modern methods of treatment. He knows exactly how to do it and how to do it right. Attentive to patients and friendly. Heals both body and soul. The patient's treatment schedule is clearly drawn up. He appoints all necessary analyses, studies, consultations on time and in full. A specialist with great potential!!!
Nurses and junior medical staff deserve special words of appreciation. Their benevolence, patience, care, responsiveness and willingness to help create an atmosphere of calm and confidence, which is so necessary for people during treatment. We cannot but note the exemplary order in the department. Impeccable cleanliness, attention to the comfort of patients, discipline, culture of communication, respectful and friendly attitude to everyone, without exception, testify to the highest level of organization of the work of the entire team.
Nutrition is a separate chapter. A very rich diet! From such a variety and delicious presentation there was no feeling of diet and infringement! On the contrary, only admiration!!! Today it is customary to talk a lot about the quality of medical care. However, in the Department of Intestinal Pathology of the Moscow Clinical Research Center named after A.S. Loginov, we saw that high medical technologies can really go hand in hand with respect for the patient, attention, mercy and a real culture of the medical team. We sincerely believe that such medical departments are an example of modern state medicine in Russia. The work of the staff of the Department of Intestinal Pathology deserves the highest praise and may be the subject of special pride of Moscow healthcare.
