Patient D.

I am a member of the SVO, a combat veteran, attached to the rheumatology department of the MCSC named after A. S. Loginov. I would like to sincerely thank the staff of the center for the high level of medical care and truly human attitude. From the first step, it feels like patients are really taken care of here. The center is very clean, everything is modern, and most importantly, every detail has been thought out: there are clear routes everywhere, you can immediately see where to go and where everything is. For a person who already has a hard time, it really relieves unnecessary stress. Special thanks to the reception staff — Anastasia and Angelina. They are always attentive, responsive and ready to help. Their work largely sets the right tone for the whole visit: you feel that you are not just a number in the queue, but a person they want to help. Huge gratitude to my attending rheumatologist Rozochkina Elena Alexandrovna. I felt calm at the reception: the doctor explains everything in detail, carefully studies the medical history, answers any questions. I am very glad that I am under her supervision — it gives confidence and calm. Separately, I will note the convenience of recording via EMIAS: you can immediately see the time of the appointment, the doctor's data, and even the cabinet number. This saves time and eliminates unnecessary worries. Thanks to the entire MCSC team for their professionalism, sensitivity and care. I am leaving the center with a warm heart and understanding that my health is in safe hands.
