I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the Department of Cardiac Surgery of the MCSC named after him. Loginov to Sergey Alekseevich Vachev. I was referred for surgery after two heart ultrasounds. It turned out that I have a painless heart defect and the operation cannot be delayed categorically.  I didn't even know about it! During the consultation, Sergey Alekseevich answered all the questions in great detail and in an accessible way. The date of the operation was immediately set. Honestly, it was scary at first. But after entering the department, I noticed a very attentive and warm attitude towards patients. It immediately became easier. On January 13, 2026, a very complex and high-tech operation was carried out. Prosthetics of the aortic valve and aortic root on a working heart. I was very lucky that it was conducted by such a highly qualified specialist as Sergey Alekseevich. After being transferred from the intensive care unit to the department, I again noted the very warm attitude of both doctors and staff. Sergey Alekseevich, Alexander Alexandrovich Makhotin, a cardiologist, joked, encouraged me in every possible way, explained everything, gave advice. Thank them very much again! Now January 13th is a special date for me. Second Birthday!!  
After successful rehabilitation, I managed to return to my favorite work at the Darwin Museum. For which special thanks to Sergey Alekseevich and his colleagues. Be healthy!!!
