I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the Department of Orthopedics and Complex Trauma of the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov who helped me from August 26 to September 01, 2026. First of all, to the head of the department – Dmitry Yuryevich Shestakov, who performed a surgery to plasticize the PCC + suture of the posterior horn of the meniscus. Taking into account the specifics of the injury (15 years of joint instability) and anatomical features (hip muscle hypotrophy), the work had to be carried out within not one surgical field (knee), but several (knee + ankle), because the tendon of the long fibular muscle was used as a transplant. For Dmitry Yurievich, this is probably a routine and familiar practice, but there are not so many specialists in Russia who use such a modern approach. During all the time of communication with the specialists of the MNCC (before, during and after the operation), there was no reason to doubt their professionalism and coherence of work, which, of course, is the merit of Dmitry Yurievich not only as a professional in the field of surgery, but also as a leader. The quality work of the department staff is manifested in everything from simple human care for patients. I want to say a special thank you:

• to the anesthesiologist-resuscitator Ovechkina Tatyana Anatolyevna, thanks to whom the operation went smoothly both for me and for the medical team, although in fact I was still a coward and felt some excitement before various medical instruments began to be shoved into my knee;
• Inna Yurievna Yanova, who did my bandages, for the fact that every time everything went as comfortably, quickly and professionally as possible;
• to all-all-all the nurses of the department who were ready to help me 24/7 on absolutely any issue. I tried not to disturb them much, but they probably have a different opinion about this =)

In general, it is better, of course, not to get on the operating table, but if you had to, then specialists from the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov can be trusted 100%.
