On September 30, 2026, I underwent a planned operation to remove a large concretion in the bile duct. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the surgeon Nadina Irina Valeryevna, who accompanied me from the moment of consultation to discharge from the medical center, for professionalism, clarity in work and attentive attitude.

I would also like to thank the staff of the hepatopancreatobiliary surgery department for their kindness, care and simple humanity. And, of course, special thanks to the endoscopist who performed the operation. To my shame, I don't know his name, but this is a man I will remember all my life. What he did is not just a miracle for me, it's fantastic. They not only removed the largest concretion in the bile duct without a single incision, but also preserved all the organs of the biliary system. Preparing for the operation, I didn't even dream about it.

And, of course, I would like to express my gratitude to the management of the Center for the well-defined work - it took only two visits to the medical institution to receive highly qualified surgical care.
