How to enroll in the MGHC?

If you have previously been observed in DM facilities with an established gastroenterological diagnosis, then you can independently check for attachment to the MGHC MCSC and make an appointment on your own, cancel and reschedule an appointment with a doctor:

• through the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO" or "My electronic medical card" service;
• and also through the information stands of medical organizations

If you have a suspected gastroenterological disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, short bowel syndrome) and/or you do not have an attachment to the MGHC MCSC, you need to contact your local internist, a gastroenterologist at the polyclinic at the place of attachment to receive an electronic referral to the MGHC and make an appointment with a gastroenterologist MGHC through the available means of self-recording:

• through the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO" or "My electronic medical card" service;
• personally at the MGHC at the reception desk; 
• through the information systems of medical organizations.
