Treatment of diseases:

• Radical surgical treatment of malignant neoplasms of the colon and rectum with both open and laparoscopic and robotic access in compliance with all modern oncological principles and the implementation of extended lymph node dissection
• Using the principle of functional-preserving radical surgery, which includes the preservation of urination, sexual function and performing operations without a stoma, even with a low location of the rectal tumor 
• Reconstructive plastic surgery in patients with permanent stoma after obstructive resections (Hartmann surgery)
• Surgical treatment of inflammatory diseases of the colon (UC and Crohn's disease) with the preservation of the natural course of the intestine by forming reconstructive plastic reservoirs, which is especially important for young, able-bodied patients
• Radical operations for chronic hemorrhoids and anal fissures, anorectal fistulas and abscesses, anal sphincter insufficiency with the use of high-energy instruments (UltraCision harmonic scalpel, LigaSure instrument for low-traumatic tissue coagulation), which minimizes pain in the postoperative period and reduces the length of hospital stay
