Knowledge and skills:
- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy(EGDS), colonoscopy(CS), sigmo and rectoscopy, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy. (including using chromoscopy, examination in a narrow spectrum of the image – NBI, BLI, i-scan).
- Polypectomy: removal of intestinal neoplasms by the "cold loop" method, diathermic loop, using a "hot" biopsy, endoloop; including endoscopic resection of the mucosa by EMR.
- Removal of foreign bodies of the esophagus and respiratory tract.
- Endoscopic ligation of varicose veins of the esophagus.
- Endoscopic hemostasis: injection method, argon plasma coagulation (APC), endoclipation.
- Tracheal intubation.
- All types of biopsies.
Special interests:
Screening, prevention and early diagnosis of diseases of the digestive system using high-resolution endoscopy, narrow-spectrum endoscopy.
Flexible operative endoscopy: polypectomy, endoscopic resection of the mucosa (including dissection in the submucosal layer), dilation of malignant and benign strictures, endoscopic prosthetics of malignant stenoses.
Endoscopic ultrasonography of the digestive system with a mini probe and an ultrasound video gastroscope, EUS-TYPE.
Monitoring of new technologies in endoscopy.
