Foreign trainings and internships:

She studied abroad at courses from the world's leading WHO experts in the field of heme and oncopathology of various localizations.

Research interests:

The main direction of scientific work. The aim is to study the morphological and molecular biological features of tumors of various localizations.

From 2013 to 2017 she participated in the international program Atlas of the Cancer Genome (eng. The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), which aims to systematize data on genetic mutations that lead to cancer. According to the results of this program, with her co-authorship, 23 scientific publications have been published in the most prestigious journals in the world, such as Nature, Cell, Cancer Cell, Cell Reports. More than 2,700 scientific articles refer to the work of TCGA, proving the huge role of this project in the development of ideas about cancer.

Since 2018, he has been a member of the international scientific program "Consortium for the Study of Clinical Proteomics of Cancer" (Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium, CPTAC). This program is a joint effort of the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute (NCI) National Institutes of Health (NIH, USA) and many academic and clinical centers around the world, aimed at deciphering proteomic profiles, molecular signs and changes in signaling pathways of tumor cells, which will improve diagnostic, treatment and prevention of cancer. According to the results of this study, two articles have been published in the journal Cancer Cell (2021), revealing the data of proteomics and metabolics of human glioblastomas and ductal pancreatic cancer.

The area of interest also extends to the problems of regenerative medicine.
