The project "Limb Rescue Center and Diabetic Foot Problems" has been successfully implemented.  I have organized a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of diabetic foot at the center. During the 16 months of the center's operation, 190 patients with diabetic foot and critical lower limb ischemia with risks of high amputation were treated. The supporting function of the foot was preserved in 93% of patients. 7% have transtibial amputations.  0% — amputations above the knee joint.
