Diabetes mellitus, including those with late complications at various stages; selection of tablet-based hypoglycemic therapy, transfer to insulin therapy, correction of the regime and doses of insulin administration, management of patients on pump insulin therapy;

• Diseases of the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands (thyrotoxicosis, hypothyroidism, AIT, nodular goiter, hypo - and hyperparathyroidism) with preparation, if necessary, for surgical treatment, taking into account the data of a puncture biopsy;

• Pathology of the hypothalamic-pituitary system (prolactinoma, acromegaly, diabetes insipidus, Itsenko-Cushing's disease, etc.);

• Diseases of the adrenal glands (adrenal insufficiency, hyperaldosteronism, Itsenko-Cushing syndrome, etc.);

• Treatment of obesity with preparation, if necessary, for surgical treatment;

• Osteoporosis therapy;

• Treatment of patients with combined pathology (CHD, angina, hypertension).
