Scientific research of the Center for Personalized Medicine in case of cancer: genome-wide sequencing

News

To perform genome-wide sequencing in order to search for hereditary causes of cancer in the framework of research work, CPM invites patients with the presence of malignant neoplasms (ZN) to study:

- breast cancer (breast cancer women and men);

- ovary (RY);

- colon;

- stomach;

- endometrium (the body of the uterus);

- pancreas;

- neuroendocrine tumor

The studies include men and women in the presence of the following criteria:

▪️ Permanent registration in Moscow and

▪️ Absence of previously identified mutations in the BRCA 1/2 genes in the case of breast cancer

To participate in the study (if the specified criteria are available), the patient must have

▫️Passport;

,Policy;

,SNILS;

Conclusion on the results of the study of BRCA1/2 genes in the case of breast cancer;

▫️Extracts from the treatment (histological conclusion, receptor status in breast cancer, description of the scope of treatment).

On the day of treatment, it is necessary to take 3 tubes of peripheral blood (not on an empty stomach, blood collection is paid once) and fill out a voluntary informed consent. The study is performed free of charge, the completion period is 4 months.
