"It's time to live": charity race of hematologists MCSC in support of leukemia patients

On June 28, 2,700 people took part in the charity race "It's Time to Live" in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Gora.  Hematologists of MCSC named after A.S. Loginov took part in it:

This marathon is organized for the fourth year in a row by the Leukemia Foundation in support of patients with acute leukemia. He gathered Olympic champions, medical professionals, volunteers, and ordinary enthusiasts.

Together they teamed up in an effort to support patients diagnosed with blood cancer and got a record result — 25 million rubles were collected at the race.

On this day, at the mobile station of the FMBA of Russia, it was enough for the participants to donate a few milliliters of blood to undergo genetic typing and enter the Federal Register of Bone Marrow Donors to help patients with diseases of the blood system.

During the event, hundreds of people left touching words of support for those who are struggling with the disease right now. Employees of the foundation will give these warm letters to patients who are being treated in hospitals.

The race ended with a bright musical concert from the most famous cover band of the country - the Fruit group. The participants performed world hits in a new sound.
