MCSC is at the top!

Employees of MCSC named after A.S. Loginov not only demonstrate the highest skill in medicine on a daily basis, but also regularly confirm their professionalism in sports achievements.

Today we are very proud to share the incredible success of our doctor — a man who had the courage to challenge himself a real challenge! The head of the Center for Diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the head and neck Yakovleva Lilia Pavlovna climbed the highest point in Europe — the majestic Elbrus!

Conquering the peak with a height of almost 5700 meters above sea level requires tremendous physical fitness, iron will and determination.

"I have never done mountaineering and mountain trekking. I've just been skiing for many years, including on Elbrus and Cheget, and I've always dreamed of being in the mountains in the summer. And in July I decided not just to go to the mountains, but to climb this beautiful, the highest peak in Europe. My son supported my wish: we went with him. As a result, they conquered not only the height, but also themselves in some ways. The mountain was kind to us — it allowed us to climb to the top in good weather.  As a bonus: a sense of the possibility of the impossible and incredible views. Well, the MCSC flag is at the top!" - Lilia Pavlovna shared with us.

We are incredibly proud of our colleague and admire the strength of spirit shown in such a difficult test! We wish you further victories and bright moments in your sporting life!
