MCSC specialist spoke as an expert at an international conference in Tashkent
NewsOn November 1, 2025, a conference "Current trends in the treatment of malignant neoplasms" was held in Tashkent, bringing together leading specialists in the field of oncology and surgery from Korea, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
The leading researcher of the Department of Coloproctology of the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov, Doctor of Medicine Vyacheslav Aliyev Afandievich, acted as an expert of the event. He presented a report on the topic: "Manual ileotransverzoanastomosis is an axiom of safety", in which he highlighted in detail modern approaches to performing this surgical reconstruction and emphasized its importance for improving the safety and quality of patient treatment.
Two master classes on live surgery were also held as part of the conference. Vyacheslav Afandievich performed reconstructive surgery on the colon, demonstrating the practical aspects of the technique and sharing his experience with the participants.
