May 19 - International Day of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases
May 19 is the World Day against Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.
This day is dedicated to diseases that often remain invisible to others, but greatly affect the quality of life – today we express our support to people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
IBD is a chronic disease that requires constant attention and professional support. Symptoms can be very different: abdominal pain, fatigue, frequent trips to the toilet, weight loss. But behind each of them is a person who wants to live a full life.
Our Center has a multidisciplinary team of doctors who help patients maintain a decent quality of life. Our specialists will carry out all necessary examination methods in a timely manner and select an individual effective treatment strategy.
On this day, we express our gratitude to doctors, researchers and everyone who helps make the lives of patients with IBD better.
Take care of yourself and be attentive to your health!
