- Preparation and quality control of DNA libraries for subsequent high-throughput sequencing
- Preparation and launch of sequencers

- Immunology, in particular therapy of lymphoproliferative diseases (CAR-T, TCR-engineering, BiTE)
- Search for new targets for the treatment and diagnosis of Crohn's disease
- Sequencing of cirDNA in cancer patients, its relationship with the severity and outcome of the disease
