Cycle Program:

  1. Fundamentals of endoscopic ultrasonography (equipment, preparation, indications, contraindications, complications).  
  2. EUS-anatomy of the digestive tract and pancreatobiliary system.
  3. Endosonography in the diagnosis of benign formations of the esophagus of the stomach and duodenum.  
  4. The role of EUS in TN-staging at the stage of preoperative examination of patients with malignant lesions of the upper digestive tract.  
  5. Endosonography in the diagnosis of diseases of the biliary tract.  
  6. Endosonography in the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases.  
  7. Endosonography in the diagnosis of diseases of the large duodenal papilla.  
  8. The role of EUS in TN-staging at the stage of preoperative examination in malignant tumors of the pancreatobiliary zone.
  9. Modern technologies that increase the diagnostic informativeness of EUS (elastography, contrast enhancement).
  10. Fine needle puncture under the control of the EUS.
  11. Confocal laser endomicroscopy under the control of EUS.
  12. Interventional endosonography.
