1. write down in advance the questions you would like to ask the doctor;

2. prepare the answers to the questions:

- have you ever had breast surgery? If so, what is the cause of the disease (take a statement with you, if any)? 

- are there any relatives with cancer in the family?

- the day of the menstrual cycle or the period of menopause

- concomitant diseases (pelvic organs, endocrinological diseases)

- has radiation therapy been performed on the anterior chest wall area before the age of 30?

- what medications do you take?

3. Take with you all previously conducted studies (mammograms, ultrasound findings)

4. On the day of the visit, wear comfortable loose clothing (for inspection and research, you must remove clothing above the waist).
