Mammography

- plan to conduct the study in the first two weeks after menstruation

- take with you all previously performed mammograms (on film or digital media)

- on the day of the study, do not apply deodorants, antiperspirants, lotions to the armpit area, submammary fold

- although in most cases, the discomfort during the procedure is insignificant, if desired, an hour before the study, you can take any over-the-counter pain medication

- on the day of the visit, wear comfortable loose clothing (for the study, you must remove clothing above the waist)

- before the study, inform your doctor about the presence of breast implants, possible pregnancy

- if you are confused about the examination by a male X-ray technician, tell the administrator about it
