How do CHECK-UP programs work?
1. To determine the date, you must make an appointment by phone 8 (495) 304-30-40 (for studies with anesthesia-the record is made in advance, if you plan to perform a colonoscopy on the eve of special preparation is required).
2. First visit (with the 1st examination program):
- On the appointed day at 8: 00 am, the contract for the provision of services is drawn up in the contract department of the MCSC. In the emergency department, a medical history is established on the basis of the contract.
- Primary consultation of a day hospital doctor (collection of complaints, anamnesis, objective examination, making a preliminary diagnosis).
- Conducting research and consulting specialists.
- The final interview with the doctor (with a one-day examination program), with the establishment of the final diagnosis, obtaining the results of the studies and recommendations for treatment.
3. Second visit (with a 2-3-day examination program):
- Continuation of the planned research and consultations of specialized specialists.
- The final interview with the doctor - with the establishment of the final diagnosis, obtaining the results of the studies and recommendations for treatment.
4 If additional research methods and/or consultations are needed that are not included in the CHECK-UP program, recommendations are made and performed with the patient's consent.

Restriction of diet
The necessary diet means the mandatory exclusion from the diet 2-3 days before the study of food rich in fiber and the refusal of dinner on the eve of the study.
Excluded products include: fruits and vegetables (both fresh and cooked), greens, cereals (cereals, rice, oatmeal), legumes (beans, peas), mushrooms, berries and black bread.
During preparation, you can use broth, boiled meat, fish, chicken, cheese, white bread, butter, cookies.
Remember, limiting your diet is very important! Failure to comply with this rule can negate all further preparation and the colonoscopy procedure itself. Medications such as aspirin, iron supplements, and activated charcoal should be discontinued 1 week before the study.
Taking the drug
One FORTRANS ® pharmacy package contains 4 sachets. If the patient weighs up to 80 kg. 3 bags are used, with a larger weight, all 4 bags must be used. Taking Fortrance should be started no earlier than 2 hours after a "light" lunch (broth, tea, juice). One bag of FORTRANCE is dissolved in 1 liter of drinking water at room temperature (carbonated water can not be used). You can add a little lemon juice to improve the taste.
You should drink Fortrance slowly, about a liter per hour, that is, about 1 glass in 15 minutes. You can take breaks if there is nausea, drink small portions. On the day before the study – only liquid food (broth, juice, tea, milk). Do not eat dense food (you can drink without restrictions). Drink 3-4 liters of Fortran during the evening before the study (approximately from 15: 00 to 18-19: 00).
When using the drug FORTRANS® enemas do not need to do! Important! If you have constipation-two days before the start of preparation for a colonoscopy, get a stool daily (the most effective method from your experience). Poor preparation lengthens the procedure and reduces the quality of the examination! E
if the procedure is performed with medication sleep, you can not drink anything for 6-8 hours before the procedure!!!
