- If there are no contraindications, it is advisable to take enzyme preparations and enterosorbents during this period of time (for example, festal, mezim-forte, activated carbon, at the rate of one tablet for every 10 kilograms of weight, also espumizan), which will help reduce the manifestations of flatulence (gas formation).

It is not recommended to smoke before the study.
