Dear patients, from January 1, 2021, you will be able to consult a specialist or be hospitalized at the Loginov Moscow Medical Research Center. To do this, you need to get a referral in 2021 from the polyclinic at your place of residence.  In accordance with Federal Law No. 323-FZ of 21.11.2011 "On the basics of public health protection in the Russian Federation",Order of the Moscow Department of Health No. 38 of 20.01.2012 "On measures to further improve the organization of outpatient care for the adult population of the city of Moscow» when applying for a specialist consultation, the patient must provide a referral (form 057/u-04), a detailed extract from the medical record of an outpatient patient (form 027 / y).

The State Medical Institution of the Moscow State Medical Center named after A. S. Loginov DZM is a third-level institution and provides consultation of the patient by specialist doctors in the direction of the doctor of the outpatient polyclinic institution of the 1st and 2nd level (at the place of residence) in accordance with the routing of patients carried out within the framework of the Territorial MHI Program.
