Diagnostics of MCSC: molecular and genetic studies on CHI

News

Genetic testing is widely used by specialists in modern oncology. It allows you to:

  • identify mutations in genes that increase the risk of developing cancer during life;
  • assess the risks of hereditary cancer;
  • choose an effective treatment based on the characteristics of the tumor tissues.

Today, patients have the opportunity to pass molecular genetic tests for free under the CHI policy:

  1. Molecular genetic study of mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes by PCR.
  2. Molecular genetic study of mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes by the NGS metol.
  3. Molecular genetic test (Determination of a mutation in exon 15 of the BRAF gene).
  4. Molecular genetic test (Determination of mutation in 18,19,20,21 exons of the EGFR gene).
  5. Molecular genetic test (Determination of mutations in 2, 3, 4 exons of the KRAS gene and in 2,3,4 exons of the NRAS gene).
  6. Molecular genetic test (Determination of microsatellite instability by PCR - MSI).
  7. Molecular genetic test (Determination of mutations in the CKIT and PDGFRA genes in GISO).

If the oncologist recommended to undergo genetic testing, it can be done in our Center. You must have a referral form number 057/y with you.

For a referral, you must contact the medical organization to which the patient is attached. It is issued by a district therapist at the place of residence or an oncologist.

NB! It is important that you fill it out correctly:

  • justification of the direction for molecular genetic research and the name;
  • Patient's full name;
  • date of birth;
  • permanent residence address;
  • diagnosis with the OMKB code;
  • position of the sending agent;
  • FULL name and name of the doctor;
  • Full name and signature of the manager;
  • the date of the referral.
