We are pleased to inform you that now you can get specialist consultations and inpatient treatment at the MCSC without referral from the polyclinic (form 057/u-04) patients from the following regions of the Russian Federation can:

• Moscow region
• Nizhny Novgorod region
• Kaluga region
• Belgorod region
• Saratov region
• Penza region
• Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug

Medical care is provided in all areas of the Center under the compulsory medical insurance policy until December 31, 2023.

For the initial consultation, we ask you to provide:

• passport;
• SNILS;
• MHI policy;
• available medical documents.
