MCSC expert spoke at the International Congress on Rheumatology in Kazakhstan

On April 25-27, 2024, the APLAR- 2024 Symposium and the 7th Congress of Rheumatologists of Kazakhstan were held in Almaty. For three days in the format of various sections, plenary sessions, symposiums, round tables and presentations, leading experts in the field of rheumatology discussed the latest achievements and the latest methods of treatment of rheumatic diseases, shared their knowledge, discussed the prospects for interaction and exchange of experience.

The event was attended by speakers from more than 20 countries, including Japan, China, Great Britain, Thailand, Germany and other countries.

As part of the plenary session, Galina Viktorovna Lukina, MD, Professor, Head of the Rheumatology Department, Head of the Inter-District Rheumatology Center MCSC named after A.S. Loginov presented her report "Spondyloarthritis: long-term prospects for IL-17 treatment".

Galina Viktorovna regularly presents the results of her scientific research at major international congresses and conferences, where her reports always attract great attention.
