MCSC specialist at the ESCoP International Course on Thyroid Pathology
NewsAn educational course of the European Society of Pathologists (EScoP) dedicated to modern methods of diagnosing thyroid and parathyroid gland pathologies was held in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, from November 13 to 15. The pathologist of PJSC MCSC named after A.S. Loginov, Ph.D. Korchagina Ksenia Sergeevna took part in it.
Modern methods of diagnosis and classification of thyroid and parathyroid gland diseases were discussed during the course. The lecturers were the leading European experts: Prof. Manuel Sobrinho (Portugal), Prof. Aleš Ryška (Czech Republic), prof. Catarina Eloy (Portugal), Professor Giovanni Tallini (Italy). The program included both theoretical lectures and analysis of complex cases presented in the form of slide seminars.
Participation in international events plays an important role for professional development, strengthening cooperation between specialists and improving the quality of medical care for patients with thyroid diseases.
