Advanced surgical technologies in Yakutsk: specialists from MCSC named after A.S. Loginov performed unique operations at the National Center of Medicine
NewsA series of training workshops on laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery was held at the Republican Hospital No. 1 – the National Center of Medicine named after M.E. Nikolaev.
The leading specialists of the MCSC named after A.S. Loginov performed two complex laparoscopic operations: in patients with post-traumatic relaxation of the diaphragm dome and with a large recurrent cyst of the abdominal cavity. These interventions were the first such operations in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Two operations were also successfully performed for the achalasia of the esophageal cardia, a serious disease in which the patient loses the ability to swallow normally.
MCSC named after A.S. Loginov was represented by:
- Oleg Sergeyevich Vasnev – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of High-tech Surgery and Surgical Endoscopy
- Ruslan Bogdanovich Alikhanov – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Surgical Department of Transplantation of human Organs and (or) Tissues
- Ivan Yuryevich Nedoluzhko – Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the Department of Operative Endoscopy
